At roundabout signposted Newcastle-Leek, turn right onto A53 Leek, get into left hand lane.
In approx ½ a mile take the first exit off the roundabout for festival park.
Follow for approx 1 and a ½ miles.
Turn right at Parcelforce then immediately right into WITTENSTEIN carpark.

Leave M6 at J16 on A500 and head east for 7 miles towards Newcastle-under-lyme.

At Junction signposted (Leek) A53 leave A500 following sign Festival Park, Hanley.
At roundabout signposted Newcastle-Leek, turn left onto A53 Leek, get into left hand lane.
In approx ½ a mile take the first exit off the roundabout for Festival Park.
Go straight over the small roundabout into Festival way.
Follow for approx 1 and a ½ miles.
